Tyler Varga has been working in the construction industry since the young age of 12. Growing up, his father ran a tile/bathroom renovation company. He worked many weekends and summers for his dad, where he learned attention to detail and craftmanship. After finishing high school, he become the lead installer for this father’s company and continued for 5 years before exploring other industries. After learning several other skills including two years as a lead installer at Stone Tile Group, he eventually came back to construction and landed a job as a site superintendent for Hurd Construction Management company. This experience led Mr. Varga to fully understand the dynamics of the construction industry from concept to completion. After a few years, he started T&B Renovation Pros with his brother Brandon.
Brandon Varga also started working in the construction field at a young age at his father’s company. During his years working for his father, he learned some conversational Spanish that has helped him out in many situations. He worked at the company for 6 years when he decided to explore other fields. After a few other jobs, his brother Tyler asked him to come work for him at Stone Tile Group, where he became a lead installer. Mr. Varga then joined his brother again at Hurd Construction Management company where he became a field technician and a superintendent. Here, he learned about commercial and residential construction including renovations. Brandon Varga eventually decided to partner with his brother and started T& B Renovation Pros in January of 2020.
